Prior to entering law school, Marjan received her Honour degree in Bachelor of Arts (Cum Laude) from York University. She joined the law firm of Danson, Recht, Voudouris LLP in 2002 after completing her articles in the Legal Department of Toronto Transit Commission. In 1993, Marjan was the recipient of Governor General of Canada Bronze Medal. Since joining the firm, Marjan has successfully appeared before various levels of Courts as well as Tribunals including the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Workplace Safety Insurance Appeals Tribunal. Marjan has extensive experience in handling catastrophic personal injury claims and has focused her practice on complex personal injury litigation including motor vehicle collisions, accident benefits claims, wrongful deaths, tavern liability, occupiers’ liability, slip and falls and dog bites.
